Features
What it does
- Three kinds of trackersYes/no ("meditated"), numbers with a goal and unit ("8 glasses"), and durations ("30 min reading").
- Flexible schedulesEvery day, or only on the weekdays you pick. Days you didn't schedule don't break a streak.
- Stats that motivateStreaks, a GitHub-style heatmap, a monthly calendar, bar charts and progress rings.
- RemindersA native macOS notification each day, plus an optional push to your phone through ntfy.
- Local-firstEverything is stored as one JSON file on your Mac, with export and import. No account, no server.
- Light or darkFollows the system theme, or pick one.
Under the hood
Two decisions I'm happy with
History that stays honest. Each day's entry stores a snapshot of whether it hit the goal, and what the goal was at that moment. If you raise your goal from 6 glasses to 8 next month, last month still shows what actually happened instead of being quietly rewritten.
No timezone bugs. "Which day is this?" is always stored as a local YYYY-MM-DD string, never a timestamp. That sidesteps the classic bug where an entry logged at 11pm lands on the wrong day because of UTC.
